Samantha Goddard provides clinical hypnotherapy, RTT, EMDR, EFT, and related therapeutic services. Our services are designed to support your wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical treatment.
We reserve the right to decline to provide services if we believe they would not be appropriate for your situation.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A booking confirmation will be sent via email.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% fee applies
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: Full fee applies
We understand emergencies happen and will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
4. Fees and Payment
Current fees are displayed on our Services page. Payment is required in advance via BACS or card payment. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

6. Health Disclaimer
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and should not replace medical treatment. Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or mental health diagnoses before beginning treatment.
Hypnotherapy is not suitable for everyone. Contraindications include:
- Epilepsy
- Severe mental illness without specialist care
- Psychosis
If you are under medical care or taking medication, we may request GP consent before proceeding with treatment.
7. Results Disclaimer
While many clients experience positive results from hypnotherapy, individual outcomes vary. We cannot guarantee specific results as therapeutic outcomes depend on many factors including your engagement with the process.

All content on this website, including text, images, and audio recordings, is the property of Samantha Goddard Hypnotherapy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
Personalised audio recordings provided as part of your treatment are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
